Yes — sign up free and explore the core app for 3 days, no credit card. It's a read-only look around (browse the app and a sample invoice). Email and reporting are Annual/Founder features, not part of the free look-around. Subscribe when you're ready to create and send your own.

What can I do before subscribing? #

You can explore the core app read-only for 3 days. Creating, saving, downloading, and sending invoices requires an active subscription.

Can I change plans later? #

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

How much do I save with longer billing periods? #

Compared to paying monthly ($19.99/month), the 3-month plan saves 8%, the 6-month plan saves 17% (about a month free), and the annual plan saves 25%. The Founder plan is a one-time payment for lifetime access.

Which features are only on Annual & Founder? #

Two things: emailing invoices, receipts & credit notes directly to your customers, and the Reports tab — sales & tax summaries, A/R aging, and revenue breakdowns with CSV & PDF export. Both are included on the Annual and Founder plans. All other plans include the full core invoicing app.

Is the Founder plan really lifetime? #

Yes! Pay $299.99 once and use talliapp forever with no recurring fees.

What payment methods do you accept? #

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Subscriptions are processed securely and can be managed from your account.

Can I get a refund? #

Once you've generated an invoice in a billing period, that period counts as used and isn't refundable. Please review our Terms of Service for complete refund policy details.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students? #

Not at this time. Our annual and Founder plans are our best-value options.
