By accessing or using the TalliApp service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Service Availability and Access
TalliApp is available globally to users worldwide. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms of Service.
Use of Service
TalliApp provides tools for businesses of all sizes to handle sales and invoicing. After your free trial period, continued use requires an active subscription. Access to your data and account features requires an active subscription - accounts without active subscriptions will be redirected to the payment portal.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TalliApp for:
- Illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws
- Adult content or services
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Activities that violate payment processor guidelines
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Any activity that could harm or disrupt our service
Data Storage and Retention
We use Supabase for cloud storage and synchronization. Your data is stored securely and privately per user account.
Data Export: You may request an export of your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@talliapp.pro.
Account Deletion: Upon your request, we will delete your account and data, which will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 12 months unless retention is required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
Inactive Accounts: If you cancel your subscription, your account and data will remain accessible for 12 months. If no subscription is reactivated after 12 months of inactivity, you will receive an email notification that your account is scheduled for deletion.
Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party providers to deliver core functionality:
- Supabase: For secure cloud data storage and file storage (company logos)
- Stripe: For processing TalliApp subscription billing
- Stripe Connect: For users to optionally connect their own Stripe accounts to accept online payments from customers
When you connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect, customer payment data is processed directly through your Stripe account, not TalliApp's. We receive webhook notifications from Stripe to update payment statuses for reconciliation purposes.
Your use of features powered by these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Free Trial and Subscriptions
TalliApp offers a free 3-day trial period to explore all features. After your trial expires, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and may be billed monthly, quarterly (3 months), semi-annually (6 months), or annually, depending on your selected plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Generally, no refunds are provided once a billing period has commenced. All sales are final.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, TalliApp is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Planned maintenance will be communicated to users via notifications on the login screen. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you input into TalliApp. TalliApp retains ownership of the software, platform, and any improvements or modifications to the service.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, we encourage contacting us at support@talliapp.pro to resolve disputes informally.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalliApp and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.
Disclaimers
TalliApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. However, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact us at feedback@talliapp.pro with feature requests, suggestions, or bug reports.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or violate applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Material changes include modifications to pricing, core functionality, data handling practices, refund policies, or significant changes to user rights and obligations. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TalliApp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
