  • Google profile information (if you sign up using Google authentication)

To provide invoicing features, we collect:

  • Company name, address, and contact details
  • Banking and payment information (for invoice display)
  • Tax settings and preferences
  • Company logos and branding materials (stored securely in Supabase Storage)

Customer and Transaction Data

As you use TalliApp, we store:

  • Customer profiles you create
  • Product and service categories and items
  • Sales transactions and invoice records
  • Financial data related to your business operations

We process your personal data based on:

  • Contract performance: To provide the invoicing and sales management services you signed up for
  • Legitimate interest: To improve our service, provide customer support, and ensure security
  • Consent: For optional features like service updates (where you can opt out)

How We Use Your Information

You choose what information to enter into TalliApp. All data you provide is stored in Supabase solely for the purpose of operating the features and functions of TalliApp. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the TalliApp service
  • Generate invoices and manage your sales data
  • Process your TalliApp subscription payments through Stripe
  • Facilitate payment acceptance through your connected Stripe account (if you choose to connect one)
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve and develop new features
  • Send important service notifications
  • Send occasional service updates and feature announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers with encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with:

  • Supabase: For secure cloud data storage and file storage (company logos and documents)
  • Stripe: For processing TalliApp subscription payments
  • Stripe Connect: When you choose to connect your Stripe account to accept online payments from your customers
  • Google: When you use Google authentication
  • Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

Stripe Connect Integration

When you connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect:

  • Customer payment data is processed directly through your Stripe account, not TalliApp's
  • We receive limited webhook data from Stripe (payment status updates) to reconcile payments with invoices
  • You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time through your account settings
  • Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

These service providers are bound by strict data protection agreements and may only use your data to provide services to us or you (in the case of your connected Stripe account).

International Data Transfers

TalliApp is available globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your account remains accessible for 12 months
  • After 12 months of inactivity, you'll receive notification before account deletion
  • You can request immediate account deletion at any time

Some data may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Export your data in a structured format
